Brad Whitmore
Co-Founder & Executive Director
Brad spent twenty-two years as a mid-level regional sales manager in the Midwest before discovering, through meticulous personal research, that the reason he never made it to upper management was structural, not personal. He holds a BA in Business Administration from a state school he prefers not to name. Brad believes deeply in the power of data-driven advocacy and has attended three TEDx events.

Todd Fairweather
Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer
Todd's journey to economic justice activism began when he was passed over for a promotion at his insurance company in favor of someone he describes only as "very well-connected." A passionate self-described "independent researcher," Todd has spent the past six years compiling what he calls "the most comprehensive dataset on economic suppression ever assembled by a private citizen." He is very active on several online forums.

Darla Pressfield
Director of Community Outreach
Darla brings over a decade of experience in multi-level marketing leadership to her role at End Economic Apartheid. Having achieved Diamond Consultant status at two separate companies before both "restructured," Darla understands better than anyone what it means to have opportunity repeatedly placed just out of reach. She runs the organization's community chapters in eleven states and maintains an extremely popular podcast.
